Courses & training
Empower your team with the mental health training to give them the knowledge, tools, and confidence to navigate mental health challenges.
At Talk Works, we believe that education is the foundation of a healthier, more connected workplace. Our mental health training workshops are designed to equip teams with practical skills to better understand mental health, support themselves and others, and create a culture where everyone can thrive.
Why mental health training matters
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health challenge each year.
From anxiety and stress to workplace burnout, these issues don’t just impact individuals, they ripple through teams and organisations. Early intervention is key to building resilience and improving wellbeing, and that’s where our training comes in.
Our mental health training workshops are inclusive, accessible, and tailored to meet the needs of your team.
They’re designed to help you:
- Build confidence in having meaningful mental health conversations.
- Create a culture of awareness and support.
- Equip your team with strategies to manage stress, improve focus, and practice self-care.
Our mental health training workshops
Our training is designed to build understanding, confidence and practical skills around mental health at work.
Rather than one-off awareness sessions, we focus on helping individuals and teams understand what’s really happening, and what actually helps. Each session blends clinical insight with real-world application, so people leave with something they can use straight away.
