Mental Health First Aid Training
Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses are internationally recognised training programmes that teach people how to identify, understand, and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
Just like physical first aid, MHFA gives participants the practical tools and confidence to step in early, listen without judgement, and guide someone towards the right support. Delivered by our very own accredited MHFA England Instructor Member, Ann Hunter, our courses are interactive, evidence-based and designed to build a more open, compassionate workplace culture.
Why MHFA matters
Embedding MHFA training in your organisation can:
- Increase awareness and literacy around mental health
- Encourage early intervention and reduce stigma
- Build confidence in having open, supportive conversations
- Strengthen your culture of care and wellbeing at work
