Who is this course for?

Everyone can benefit from Mental Health Awareness with studies suggesting better mental health support in the workplace can save UK businesses up to £8 billion per year. All Wellbeing Online content is designed by clinical psychologists at Talk Works and is suitable for individuals who want to learn more about stress, mental health and emotional wellbeing and also for those looking to support their team in the workplace. Our courses are aimed at people who have no formal training in mental health but who would like to know more. Wellbeing Online is not designed to teach you to be a therapist, but we hope that a psychologically-informed and common-sense approach to mental health will help you to make decisions that benefit your wellbeing and improve your management of everyday stresses.

Course Structure

Wellbeing Online is structured in two distinct sections. Section one is the foundation of knowledge surrounding Mental Health Awareness, Stress, Depression and Anxiety. Once learners complete this section, they will receive a Level 1 Foundation Award in Mental Health Awareness.

Section two is a self-directed learning environment where users can choose subjects or well-being activities most beneficial and applicable to them. The experience contains practical activities such as yoga, fitness, and meditation sessions and additional modules to work through such as self-care, nutrition, resilience and sleep.
